Once the order has been handed over to the logistics company and a tracking number has been provided, Customers may track their shipment status using the provided tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company, customs processes, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all import duties, import taxes, customs fees, or any other additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if:

Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date the item is received and must be accompanied by an uninterrupted unboxing video as proof.
