Shipping Area
We ship to various regions across Indonesia and selected international destinations. Shipping service availability may vary depending on the destination and the policies of the logistics company used.

Order Processing
Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully verified.
Order processing time is generally 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, major holidays, or certain conditions, processing time may be longer than usual.

Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination area, logistics service, customs process, and local operational conditions.
Shipping estimates:

Domestic: 2–7 business days.
International: 7–30 business days.

These estimates are approximate and are not a guaranteed delivery time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
Destination area.
Package weight and dimensions.
Selected shipping method.

Tracking Number & Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number or tracking information that can be used to monitor the shipment status. Once you have received the tracking number, please visit the [registered courier's website and tracking link] and enter the TRACKING ID in the 'Track Shipment' field, then click the 'Track' button.

Seller's Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
Ensuring products are well and safely packaged.
Shipping products according to the customer's order.
Handing over packages to the selected logistics company.
Assisting with tracking and investigation in the event of shipping issues

Customer's Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate recipient information.
Ensuring the shipping address is accessible.
Paying any import duties, import taxes, or customs fees applicable in the destination country (for international shipments).
Monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking number.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer:
The seller is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures.
Re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will not cover shipping costs that have already been incurred.

Lost or Damaged Package During Shipping
If a package is lost or damaged during the shipping process:
Customers must contact us within a maximum of 7 days from when the shipment status shows the package has been delivered.
We will conduct an investigation together with the logistics provider.
Claim resolution will be subject to the outcome of the logistics provider's investigation.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, war, transportation disruptions, government policies, strikes, or operational disruptions by the logistics company.
